According to the Palm Beach Post, a man was charged with
animal cruelty with death for cutting his dog’s throat twice last Saturday. Kenneth Russell Hall, 39, cut his pit bull’s throat after the dog got into a fight with another dog, then again to make sure it was dead.
Hall has a history of arrests including probation violation, DUI, and domestic battery. He was being held with a $10,000 bail.
