
According to an Associated Press article included in
WPTV News Channel 5 this morning, a
Boynton Beach man has been
arrested by police on
second-degree murder charges.
Greg B. Senser 29, and Jason F. Barnett had been drinking heavily at the 1st and 10 sports bar around 1 a.m. Sunday. The two left for the La Costa apartments, Barnett was heading to see his child’s mother. At the apartment complex, everything went wrong when police say the two men began to fight and Senser stabbed Barnett several times in the neck.
They were found when police received a call about a noise disturbance around 2 a.m. and when they arrived on the seen, Barnett was on the ground and Senser was standing over him. Senser fled and after a brief chase on foot, Senser was taken into custody and is currently being held in Palm Beach County Jail.
Senser is going to need an extremely experienced
criminal defense attorney to help him with his case. He has been charged with second-degree murder, which will cost him a very long time in prison.
