Child Pornography Defense
Generally police use IP routing to investigate violators. If you have deleted anything from your computer, experts can find evidence from your hard drive. However, the government must prove it was in your possession beyond a reasonable doubt, which is not always the case.
An experienced
criminal defense lawyer may be able to prove that the material is not "obscene," the person depicted in the image is not a minor, the wrong person was
arrested, or the evidence was illegally confiscated and is inadmissible.
