According to a Palm Beach Post article, a Boynton Beach man has been arrested on child neglect charges after his 4-year-old son was found wandering in the street wearing nothing but sweat pants, a t-shirt, and no shoes on a 30-degree night. Romilus Duvelsaint was charged with child neglect. His son was found when a passing motorist saw the boy in the road and stopped. The boy was uninjured and the motorist put the boy in the car until Boynton Beach Police arrived on the scene.
