Delray Beach Teen Sex Crime Defendant Appears In Court

20-year-old Francisco Henry appeared in front of a Palm Beach County judge yesterday, March 4th. He is accused of committing a vicious sex crime in Delray Beach, Florida, two weeks ago. Andrew Stine, the prominent West Palm Beach criminal defense attorney, is representing Mr. Henry and claims his client is innocent. The crime occurred on Thursday. February 18th. According to police, Francisco Henry and Spencer Britt, 17, robbed four teenagers who were playing cards in an abandoned house at gunpoint. A West Palm Beach man was recently charged with possessing 99 images of child pornography, according to authorities. Palm Beach police arrested Walter Devault, age 21. He is being held at the Palm Beach County jail on a $297,000 bond. Palm Beach police spokeswoman Janet Kinsella said the arrest resulted from an investigation by the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children task force, an agency comprised of local police departments that has been responsible for many arrests across the region and nation. 3 Louisiana Prison Escapees Are Accused of Kidnapping a Jupiter, Florida Man

Three desperate convicts from Louisiana kidnapped a Jupiter High School graduate recently, led him into some dark woods in Tallahassee and then returned from the woods without him, according to police. The convicts fled and a crime spree ran the length of Florida, from Tallahassee to Miami. Finally on April 12, 2010, authorities cornered the convicts in Miami and brought them back to a Tallahassee jail. “They didn’t have to kill him that way,” one of the convicts said, according to authorities. The man was accused of recovering money from an unclaimed property foreclosure and then never returning the money to its’ rightful owner.
